I Can't Get Enough Of This Runner Flipping Out About Not Getting The Baton Fast Enough In A Relay

We went from the Olympics to this. Just an all time swing of athletic achievements. For 3 weeks we watched world class athletes perform at the highest levels, we watched world records get broken and the best of the best competing day in and day out. There was going to be a natural letdown for sports, but I didn't expect it to be this much of a letdown. When I first saw this I was floored at the turn it took. This girl absolutely bugggggggs out. 

Now it's time to break down the blame pie of the situation. The girl passing the baton is at fault because it's 100% a shitty pass off from the little knowledge I have about track and field. However, is the pass off so shitty that the 2nd girl couldn't finish the race? That's where the situation gets hairy. It wasn't that awful of an exchange. The girl who bugs out cannot lose her cool to the point that she just quits the race, that's unacceptable. Cannot let your teammates down like that nor show her up like that. I assign the blame pie like this.
