Source - Well, we told you so! Tom Cruise did the honors at the end of the Paris Olympics closing ceremony, and it went down exactly like we said it would! And, it was pretty spectacular.

Tom appeared at the top of Stade de France just as H.E.R. wrapped up her amazing rendition of the "Star Spangled Banner," and yes, he repelled down to the floor of the stadium as fans went insane. Tom walked up to L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, who handed him the Olympic flag -- Tom hopped on a motorcycle and rode with the flag on the back outside the stadium.
Unreal. I'm imagining everyone in that stadium quietly whispering the words, "Tom-Fucking-Cruise" to themselves the same way people said "catalina wine mixer" in the Step Brothers movie. The only thing missing was him flying a fighter jet with a fake ass. I also love how he spent a minute and a half shaking peoples' hands. I'd screen shot a bunch of different moments during that video and break them down one by one but The Olympics and NBC are legitimate psychopaths about sharing any materials so I think I'll leave this blog here. I still don't understand the rules. My only hope is that the 2028 Olympic games live up to Tom Cruise introducing them. Time will tell. Have a lovely Monday.
