I Can't Imagine Being In The Next Room When Hugh Jackman Was Recording The Fight Scene Audio For 'Deadpool & Wolverine'
All of the people in the room next door hearing Hugh Jackman violently grunting and yelling his ass off....

It seems like the cast and crew of 'Deadpool & Wolverine' have finally been given the green light to start posting spoiler-involved content on social media over the past few days, as all of the surprise cast members have now been revealed - and these clips of Hugh Jackman doing the ADR for the fight scenes in the movie cracked me up.
They're actually sequels to this video from the 'Logan' ADR sessions which goes viral every few years….
In case you didn't know, most movies (especially ones with loud scenes outside/action elements) have to complete ADR - or automated dialogue replacement - when the movie is nearly finished. They go in and re-record a lot of what they said on set to provide cleaner audio tracks, and sometimes even change up some lines.
Here, Jackman was once again required to do nothing but grunt, yell, scream, and moan his way through a couple Wolverine battles….and he fully commits despite no real cameras being on him at the time. He acts out every snikt and slice and kill, and working out more in that 50 second clip than I have in the last couple months. That initiative probably helped contribute to him looking like this at 55 years old….
I'd assume the steroids helped, too - but still….it looked like a lotta effort put into that ADR, and that's why Hugh Jackman is one of the GOAT castings in the history of comic book movies. He puts 110% into every second he's on screen as Logan, and if you've seen 'Deadpool & Wolverine', you'll know why they're gonna have him clawing up til he's 90.
