Oil Activists Tried To Spray Paint Taylor Swift's Jet Orange But Couldn't Find It

(NY Post) Two Just Stop Oil activists were arrested after spray painting two private jets orange at Stansted airport in the UK. The activists were reportedly attempting to target Taylor Swift's jet at the airfield, but did not manage to find it. This comes after two other activists were arrested for spraying Stonehenge orange on June 19.

These "oil activists" have been making their rounds with this orange paint/dust, also recently defacing STONEHENGE:

Am I the only one who has ZERO idea what any of this means? What are they trying to achieve here? Awareness? I think we're all aware that the entire earth burns through fossil fuels like lightning. We're all aware that the ozone is like, nonexistent at this point. What does spray painting a private jet, or defacing one of the seven wonders of the world going to do? No one has ever been able to answer this question for me, and seemingly, for the world, because from where I'm sitting…Big Oil doesn't give a FUCK about any of this.

It makes me think about how Vegetarians/Vegans always go hard on the meat industry. It's all very compelling, watching animals get abused and murdered can definitely turn your stomach and make you reconsider a cheeseburger but at the end of the day, people will always eat meat. It's never going away. Until reports come out that "eating meat will kill you, today," humans will always eat animals. In turn, until Big Oil stops MAKING OIL….people are going to use it. Until someone comes up with an oil equivalent that's cheaper to make and just as efficient, nothing will happen.

I know I'm no genius, but I can't imagine that this kind of activism does ANYTHING. The needle doesn't even quiver over stuff like this. Even moreso, I'd say it HURTS the cause. Stupid stuff all around.
