The New NHL Utah Hockey Club Has Officially Announced Their Name...It's The "Utah Hockey Club"

I genuinely don't hate the name. I liked Yeti the best, but they would've had to live up to the Johnny's Ice House Men's League Yeti name which won't be easy for them. Overall, none of the names put forward really grabbed me. Hockey Club is a little blah but it's also unique in a way in North America too. 

The jerseys though...they might as well be a men's league team. This is the best they could come up with? Maybe they'll look better on the ice, but the 2-D images are brutal. Especially when this franchise left with these

which I think were some of the best. I was hoping Utah would come up with something a little flashier than black and light blue in fucking courier new font. There has to be at least a few dozen submissions by fans on the internet that look better and more creative than these. When the Kraken and Knights came into the league their merch flew off the shelves. I have a hard time imagining that happening with the UHC.
