NEVER A DOUBT - Knicks Go Into Philly, Rip The Sixers Hearts Out And Advance Thanks To Jalen Brunson Being The Definition Of A Superstar

Oh my God, what a goddamn win. That's how you close out a series, by reminding everyone you're a superstar. Does this sound like a superstar? Because it does in my book

It was a masterpiece. Forget the blown 22-point lead. That doesn't matter. All that matters is the Knicks 1) made free throws late, 2) didn't let guys shoot wide open threes and foul them and 3) won the fucking series. All this talk about how the Knicks were dumb for fighting for the 2 seed and oh no they had to play the Sixers. You know what? Good. 4-2 easy win in 6 and get homecourt advantage against the Pacers.

Obligatory: FUCK REGGIE MILLER

It wasn't just Brunson. That's the beauty of this team. OG was awesome. He also hung his nuts in Joel's face and reminded the fans who actually showed up that Philly is run by the Knicks.

Then there was Josh Hart. Fitting that he put the nail in the coffin.

Donte finally showed up and hit three after three after three. Mitch/Hartenstein did their thing. It's what the Knicks do. You get carried by Brunson and then get  help from everyone else and next thing you know Josh Hart is flying 90 feet for a rebound and a win. Beautiful basketball.

Nick Nurse said it right that nothing mattered in this series. Didn't matter who scored, what a lead was, how much time was left until there was 0. But what did matter? The Knicks were the team with heart and balls. That's what it came down to. You wanna say both teams were evenly matched? Fine. Fair argument. The difference is one team play their hearts out the entire series. That's how you win this in 6. No worries about game 7 when every other player also shows up in the 4th quarter.

Now we get ready for Indiana. This is why you fight for the 2 seed. Game 1 back at MSG. Cue the music!
