Jimmy Butler Wasted No Time Trolling The Celtics After The Heat's Big Game 2 Win

Look, fair is fair. When the Heat go into Boston and pull off the upset, with that comes all the shit talking they want. All of the hot takes that will be thrown around over the next few days, you have no choice but to eat it. If Jimmy Butler wants to troll, then you have to take it.

Which is exactly why you cannot fucking lose home playoff games to the undermanned Miami Heat.

One would think the Celts knew that given everything that went on last year in the ECF, but here we are. This is exactly what you cannot allow to happen. Up 1-0, you had an opportunity to step on throats and put the pressure on MIA. Instead, you played like absolute dogshit on both ends of the floor, dropped another home game, and gave the entire Heat team confidence as this series shifts to South Beach. Now the role players, who tend to play better at home, are feeling good. Jimmy is trolling in classic Jimmy fashion, and the Celtics have no one to blame but themselves.

In a playoff series, you cannot continue to screw around and give you opponent life. The second you allow them to start feeling good about themselves is how you get into trouble. Look around the league, what did other contenders do? The Wolves stomped the Suns, the Nuggets broke the Lakers etc. They did not allow them to feel good about themselves. There was no trolling by the other team. Now both are in a great position to advance.

The Celtics? They fucked around and have made life hard on themselves. Again. It's not the first time Jimmy has trolled this team

and even though he's not playing this year that doesn't mean shit. You opened the door to allow him to troll you and he gladly walked through. That's probably the most annoying part of all of this. All you have to do in this series is just not play like shit. That's it. Instead, the Celts did everything we know ends up in playoff losses to the Heat.

Now, this is what they have to deal with.

If this all doesn't light a fire under this entire roster, what the fuck will? Are you going to let things unfold just like we saw last year or are you going to step up and do something about it? This isn't January, this is the playoffs. An NBA title is on the line here, and instead of taking care of your shit, you're allowing Jimmy Butler to troll you from the sidelines. There are no throwaway games in a playoff series, so I would appreciate it if the Celts realized they should not play that way.

Have some goddamn pride, and punch back in Game 3. Then, do it again in Game 4.
