"Call Your Dad" - The Jackson Holliday Call Up Video Is Here And It Will Give You Goosebumps

This is what it's about folks. Being able to sit a young guy down and tell him his dreams are officially coming true. Buck Britton has done a ton of these now as manager of the Tides, Adley Rutschman, Gunnar Henderson, Colton Cowser, and now another #1 overall prospect in Jackson Holliday who officially is coming to Baltimore. These videos are always great but you can tell Buck really loves doing these, he knows how hard these guys work and now they get to see their dreams come to fruition.

Buck tried to play dumb with Jackson about the schedule for that night, but the kid is a major leaguer and knew why he was in the manager's office. Once Buck hit him with the "call your dad" line, you knew it was going to get heavy after all the stuff his dad did when he was younger, from letting him in the clubhouse, dicking around on the field, just soaking up all the info from him. Now Matt Holliday needs to get comped tickets from his son because he's going to the big leagues. You can see Jackson crack a smile while Britton was saying it, he read that like a book.

Every fathers dream man, getting that call from your child saying they did it and achieved their goal.  But if you know Jackson or anything about him, you know just making the bigs wasn't his goal. His goal is to dominate. Just an awesome video done by the O's and realllllly tugged at your heartstrings. Call your dad, I called mine and told him we're going to Camden Yards on Friday to see Jackson rake, not as good as calling him to tell him I made it to the majors but it's got to be close right? Awesome content here, you're not human if you didn't shed a tear. Rocking Cal Ripken Sr.'s #7, Jackson Holliday is officially a big leaguer. Happy Hollidays folks!
