What Else Do The Bears Need?

A QB. 

I said I wasn't going to get excited or be optimistic about the Bears this time around. Definitely wasn't going to crown them off-season champions. Then I see that Albert Breer post and even though it's only March I can feel myself being sucked back in. I'm looking into the light. It's like the force pulling me in. 

The thing about needing a QB to round this thing into shape is great for the entire fanbase. EIther you take Williams with the #1 pick or you believe in Fields and think the right QB is already under contract. One way or the other, you like the quarterback in Chicago. 

The Bears still have work to do to make this a complete team. They need another edge rusher opposite of Sweat. They need a 3-tech guy. Probably another WR in the mix. They might be able to get all of that in the draft if they're able to get a pick for Fields and maybe they trade out of 9th spot. The job Poles has done to completely overhaul this roster is incredible. 

I like to get excited. I am optimistic by nature. I am fighting my own brain and reminding myself that the Packers were the youngest team in the league last year and the Lions were 30 mins or so away from the Super Bowl. A long way to go, but I like how it is shaping up here.
