Kyle Shanahan Knew The Cowboys Were Cooked, Gave Up On The Game And Started Prepping For The Packers In The 2nd Quarter

I'd typically say something here like oh I don't believe this, it's just him being an asshole or defending the Cowboys. But fuck that. It's the Cowboys. Even if Shanahan is honest about prepping for the packers midway through the second quarter the score was 14-0. Dallas at home, the Handsome one known as Hank in attendance pre-knee injury, and you still gave up on them. I've never seen something so disrespectful and I love every second of it. Watching the Cowboys lose in the playoffs for the last 30 years is what brings America together. Actually let me be more specific, watching the Cowboys lose in hilarious fashion is what brings the country together. It doesn't matter if it's Dak throwing picks, Zeke lined up at center, they always do something hilariously stupid that unites us more than anything.

This just goes to show you it's more than us idiot fans who know the Cowboys will choke. This is one of the better coaches in the NFL just calling it a wrap at 14-0. I assume he knew that Dak would throw a pick or Mike McCarthy would do something stupid and hit us with his fat face stare.

The best part of this whole interview/answer, Shanahan holding back laughter knowing it was the 2nd quarter. You can see the smirk. You can tell he wants to make fun of the Cowboys, it's how it should be. The Niners and Cowboys are still rivals, Shanahan should talk a little shit while he can. He tries to play it right by saying they focused on all the teams, but come on. 2nd quarter! I can't get over laughing at it. Cowboys in the playoffs, really the one thing we can look forward to every year.
