GREAT NEWS - 'The Bear' Has Been Renewed For A Third Season On Hulu

YES, CHEF!!!!

Here's some news outta the streaming world this week that isn't just another reboot announcement, movie delay, or strike update - The Bear has been renewed for a third season on Hulu! I know it ain't Dave or KFC's cup of tea....

....but The Bear is one of the best shows on television for my money, and I know a ton of my coworkers (with taste) would agree.

Very few shows do dialogue and general human interaction/family dynamics better, and NO show is even in the same ballpark when it comes to chaos and anxiety. I worked in an On The Border kitchen for a few months (literally just putting chips and salsa on tables) and watching a few episodes of The Bear before I fall asleep is sure to give me a nightmare that I missed Table 54 or dropped a fajita or something. They toss you right into the fire and back into that tense kitchen environment immediately.

For every episode that puts you on edge and tears your heart out like Season 2's Christmas masterpiece 'Fishes', though, there's a hilarious one like 'Dogs' where the gang accidentally drugs a kid's birthday party, or an almost hypnotically serene one like 'Forks' where Richie learns how to dry forks properly. Pair all of that with an amazing cast, the most delicious looking entrees and desserts you could imagine shot beautifully, and the backdrop of Chicago - which sometimes features Barstool logos….

….and you've got yourself a bonafide smash hit of a television show. It'll just make you wish Italian Beefs would become readily available everywhere else, outside of Chicago.

Get yourself an ugly sweater (or just the ugly sweater style tee) inspired by the series below….

(If you didn't know - every dollar above our goal this year will be split among our producers and social media people who don't usually get the credit they deserve. We'd love to hit that for them!)

You could wear it to Jeremy Allen White's new movie on opening night!

Just don't go into that movie expecting a feel-good romp - it's gonna be depressing as all hell.

P.S. I was gonna open this blog with a couple celebration gifs from The Bear, but these were the closest thing I could find to that….
