Substituting Your Local Olive Garden For Italy In Your Engagement Photos is The Ultimate Fake It Till You Make It

When i just scrolled past this post on Instagram I was immediately indifferent on this move from Carlsey Bibb & Caden Mills although now I kinda think I'm coming around on it? I mean I'm at the age where ALL (except me) of my friends are getting engaged and it's pretty clear just how important these photos are to all of them so can I knock a couple for trying to make them as wonderful as possible? I guess not? And obviously everyone and their mother would love to go to Lake Como, Italy for their engagement photos, but frankly not everyone is George Clooney.

Normal people would settle for some nice surroundings around here at say Central Park or along one of the east coast's many stunning beaches yet Carlsey and Caden wouldn't settle for that. They wanted Italy on a Central Park budget and you know what? That's exactly what they friggen got.

Let's call a spade a spade- those photos look PHENOMENAL. Carsley is is glowing. They're in love. It's a beautiful thing. My only conundrum with this move is they BETTER not have posted their location as Lake Como, Italy. If these photos were posted on instagram with no location tag and simply as nice engagement photos then I'm all in, if they truly tried to trick their friends & family into thinking they were in Italy then this couple needs to be public enemy #1 (and #2). That's worse than the great fake private plane instagram craze of 2k21 and that's SAYING SOMETHING.

Hope they get at least got some breadsticks.
