The Perfect Gift: Rob McElhenney Teamed Up With Chris Pratt To Deliver A Hilarious 'Park And Wrex' Skit For Ryan Reynolds’ Birthday

This skit is somehow funnier than anything I've seen on SNL in like a decade? Maybe since the days of Will Ferrell and crew out there. Parks and Rec is a great show. It feels like it somehow stays under the radar because it was overshadowed by The Office. Incredible to just put on, easy watch and let it go in the background of doing something. Of course with that you get Chris Pratt's character. Beloved, funny and put him on the map to be a true superhero as Rob says here.

But if we're being honest, the real part is playing into Rob McElhenney being the nobody next to Ryan Reynolds. It's what makes their relationship unique and funny. They are co-owners yet Ryan Reynolds is a million times more famous and richer. But that doesn't stop them from being best friends and co-owners of a pretty good team. The selling point?

Asking where Danny DeVito is. The star of It's Always Sunny. The guy everyone wants to talk about, Frank.

Frank Reynolds, all-time TV comedy dad. I don't care how many season It's Always Sunny goes on, I will laugh at Frank Reynolds. That's a promise. So I don't blame Chris Pratt for saying he wants to meet Danny DeVito, even if it's a skit. That's what the real stars want.

This is justice for Rob though. He's the blogger of the duo here. Some people just have to grind and stay attached to bigger stars. I get it. I'm a fan of Rob, even though he's a Philly scumbag. Not everyone can be perfect. That's his fault. I can look past it and be friends with him if he wants to get me a birthday gift. Well done all around.
