Mr. Beast Is Squarely To Blame For This Buccaneers Loss

The Packers started a trend a few weeks ago when their superfan, Lil Wayne led the team out of the tunnel on Thursday Night Football.

A cool moment for sure and he's been linked to the Packers for a long time. Of course, I selfishly dreamt how fun it'd be for me to do with the Buccaneers, but it surely wouldn't happen. Nothing more than a pipe dream.

But then today I see the Buccaneers do it with Jack Mac wannabe, Mr. Beast.

For the record, this is not a shot at Jack Mac, he's clearly more handsome than Mr. Beast. Mr. Beast looks like a poor man's Jack Mac.

But unlike Jack Mac, this guy didn't get people fired up. The team came out flat, going for it on 4th & 6th in Atlanta territory and turning the ball over on downs. The Falcons went on to score first, a touchdown, their only one of the game.

It was 10-10 at halftime and the Bucs went on to tie the game at 13 before ultimately losing to the Dirty Birds on a walk-off 51-yard FG by Younghoe Koo. But their fate was sealed when Mr. Beast, who I'm not even sure is a Buccaneers fan in real life led them out of the tunnel.

And let me be very clear, this is not on the Bucs. Mr. Beast is a huge draw and has millions upon millions of followers. He was a great choice on the surface, but the guy doesn't have the passion for the team like a real die-hard fan would. I mean look at this!

I would've run out like my hair was on fire. The crowd would have no choice but to give a standing ovation. The team would come out fired up, score first, and set the tone on defense. Guaranteed win? No such thing, but as close as you could come with me leading the team out of the tunnel. Mr. Beast? I'm glad you like the Bucs, but let's not make this a recurring thing.
