Keon Coleman Opened Things Up Against Syracuse With An Insane One Handed Grab

It’s not exactly a scorching hot take to say that Florida State football is back, and Keon Coleman is a huge reason for that. Coleman was at Michigan State for the last two years before transferring down to Tallahassee. As a Michigan fan, I could not be happier. This dude is a freak. He’s going to be playing in the NFL for a really long time after he leaves Florida State, and catches like this are a big reason for it.

I don’t know what’s in the water down there, but the two best catchers I’ve seen in college football this year have been from receivers in the state of Florida. Several weeks back, we had Ricky Pearsall from Florida, who made a similar snag against Charlotte.

I'm not going to assess Keon Coleman's route-running abilities, but as a physical specimen, the guy is an absolute freak. His athleticism is off the charts, and he seems always in sync with his quarterback, Jordan Travis. Florida State is obviously a problem this year, but I feel like it's been a while since we've been able to say that.
