Browns TE David Njoku Might Be The Toughest Man Alive For Playing An Entire NFL Game With Severe Burns On His Face

And the award for the baddest fuck to step on a football field in 2023 officially goes to David Njoku. This was a jaw-dropping image. I can't imagine the pain. Holy shit, I'm shivering just thinking about it. Apparently, this injury occurred in a fire pit accident. If I burn my hand on my stove, I am out for like a week. I'm the last person who should be diagnosing anyone, but these injuries look really fucking severe. 

The incident itself took place on September 30, and the game the Browns played was on October 1 against the Baltimore Ravens. The dude didn't even hesitate at the idea of not playing. For what it's worth, David Njoku played his best game of the season that day against Baltimore, catching six balls for 46 yards. That's a pretty impressive performance considering, you know, HIS FUCKING FACE WAS BURNED.

The Browns had a bye week last week but will play the 49ers this Sunday. That will be a tall order, considering the Niners look like the best team in football right now. Njoku is currently out as he's dealing with these facial burns, but the fact that he was able to play a game with this kind of injury is insanity. I genuinely hope he gets right and finds his way back onto the field soon. He's definitely a guy you'd want to go to war with.
