Rhys Hoskins Coming Off ACL Surgery To Throw The First Pitch Of The Phillies Postseason Has All The Feels

Awesome. Just plain awesome. Couldn't feel better for a better person. Rhys, who is in his last year of his contract, went down with an ACL tear on the last week of Spring Training. This entire year watching from the sidelines had to be excruciating for him, but it's great to see him back on the field taking batting practice hacks and then throwing a dart for a first pitch this evening. By all accounts Rhys is progressing wonderfully and might even pull a '16 Scwharber and be ready for the World Series (if necessary, obviously).

Don't want it Rhys in the Fall Classic. Need it.

Phillies are up 3-0 in bottom 4 with Wheeler on his Cy Young shit.

Keep it cooking. Let's Ring That Damn Bell tonight.
