Good News Rays Fans, There Are PLENTY Of Seats Still Available At The Trop For Game 1 Against The Rangers

I get it, 3:08 first pitch on a Tuesday is brutal. It isn't great for anyone. People have school, work, tough to get out stuff on a Tuesday....but this is the PLAYOFFS. This is the second best team in the AL at home and they have this be the turnout at first pitch. Plenty of seats were available as recently as this AM, I checked on Gametime and you could get in the building for $21. It's not Yankee stadium where nosebleeds are more than half your rent, this is a meal at 5 Guys.

Rays fans deserve all the flack they get for not going to these games, they have to find a way to get out there and support their guys.

I'm sure it will fill up more as the game goes on, but this is why opposing fans give the Rays so much shit. And I know about the bridge and traffic leading into the stadium, deal with it. Again, it's the playoffs. You do whatever you can to get your ass in that seat so some opposing fan can't cheer for his guys. It's mind bottling that they decided to put their new ballpark in the same area as the Trop because this is going to keep being an issue. And until those seats are filled every night they will get shit for it and they deserve it.

Second best team in baseball and you can hear a pin drop in there. How many other ballparks would have this issue? Not many. Again, I know it's a Tuesday but it's the playoffs man. Tough look for the Rays and their fans at first pitch. Place is EMPTY.
