Watch: Britney Spears Rips Around Her House With A Bunch Of Butcher Knives And The Internet Is NOT Happy About It

Source - Fans are concerned over Britney Spears’ latest video. The singer worried several fans Monday after posting a video of herself on Instagram dancing in her home with two very sharp-looking kitchen knives.

Spears, 41, performed the dance to an unknown song in the entrance of her California home clad in a salmon-colored polka dot crop top and white bottoms.

“I started playing in the kitchen with knives today,” wrote Spears in the caption. “Don’t worry they are NOT real knives.”

“Halloween is soon,” added Spears.

At one point in the video, Spears’ dogs meander into the frame but scamper away as soon as Spears clangs the knives together. The video has received nearly 223,000 likes since it was uploaded.

First of all, those are 1000% real knives, Brit. Let's stop pretending they aren't. And second of all, can everyone chill the fuck out? The entire internet is acting as if A) she's going to get hurt and B) this is our of character - both of which are completely false. Britney has had the same set of hands for 41 years, she's not going to suddenly forget how to use them and slice herself in half. Also, ALL SHE DOES IS DANCE IN HER KITCHEN. You think she didn't rehearse before she went live? Come on. Once a great performer, always a great performer.

TMZ founder Harvey Levin, who is featured in the documentary, claims that the pop star lives “in mortal fear” that someone will come to her home in the middle of the night, “strap her to a gurney and take her to a psych ward.”

And round and round we go. Britney is drawn to the dance floor (her foyer) like a moth to the flame. Nothing wrong with that. If she wants to spice things up with a knife then more power to her. I think she's earned that right. 

My point is this…we know who Britney is. We know what she's been through. Why are we acting like this is at all surprising? If I lived through that conservatorship I'd be dancing around the kitchen with knives too. That's it for this one. Thanks for reading.
