Leonard Fournette Escapes Death As His Car Catches Fire While Driving

What a scary situation. It's a regular Tuesday and Lombardi Lenny is just driving down the road and his car catches fire! Insane! Luckily, the Super Bowl LV champion who was so pivotal in that playoff run that earned him the nickname Playoff Lenny, was able to run away again, this time as his car started to go up in flames. I still think about that Playoff Lenny Super Bowl performance from time to time.

Fournette is currently a free agent and was released by the Buccaneers just a year after signing a 3-year $21 million dollar deal. He was banged up last year, managing only 3.5 yards per carry, but still had 1,191 total yards. But Fournette is not only an NFL Free Agent, in writing this blog I discovered he's no longer on the Blogger page on barstoolsports.com.

It must've been a cost cutting move as his productivity on the site was nil for over a year. Despite promising to put more effort into his blogs, Lenny fell flat.

I can't help but wish the best to my former co-worker who I am still a huge fan of. Hopefully he lands in a great situation this year and can continue to pile up fantasy numbers. But for today, I'm mainly thankful my guy is alive and well despite that scary situation.
