It's Insanely Creepy How Identical The Career Numbers Of Manny Machado And Bryce Harper Are

How wild is this? Two of the most polarizing players of the last 10-15 years, same draft class, both have been HATED by hardos in the baseball community, both were destined to be in pinstripes and went elsewhere. But when you really break it down and look at these stats side by side it's crazy how identical they are.

Bryce Harper and Manny Machado are both on track to end their careers in Cooperstown, and odds are it'll be the same year, speeches will be the same and everything.

How the hell does this happen? Both guys are insanely consistent, both have played a ton of gamed even with major injuries in their careers where they missed chunks of seasons, it's just insane that their stats are nearly identical after all this time. It's not a small sample size, Manny has played in 1,503 games and Bryce has played in 1,423. And as I mentioned before they were both lightning rods for controversy early on in their careers and both have matured and become leaders of their new respective teams.

It's gonna be great to look back at both their careers when they're done to see how close their numbers ended up.
