The First Trailer For The GameStop Stock Movie Is Here And It Looks AWESOME

Follows the Wall Street chaos after GameStop's stock skyrocketed due to Reddit

The Gamestop saga was, without a doubt, one of the most entertaining things to happen during the quarantine era. We were all stuck at home and had nothing better to do than find new ways to make money, and Gamestop, AMC and all the other meme stocks seemed like the ticket out. To be honest, I feel like I only know the surface of the iceburg with all of this stuff which is why I'm really excited to see this movie.

The biggest pull for me is the fact that it is directed by Craig Gillespie. He did a great job with 'I, Tonya' telling a true story while exaggerating enough to make it very funny and entertaining and guess what? That is exactly what I want out of this movie. Plus, we are going to see a lot of familiar faces for barstool sports readers like Steve Cohen and Vlad Tenev.

The cast is obviously great as well but, to take a wall street term, I am always afraid of movies that are "too big to fail" from a cast perspective. I don't think thats totally the case here, but I'm a little nervous.
