The Pentagon Whistleblower Says the Vatican Helped the US Steal a Downed UFO From the Axis Powers During WWII

When we've got government officials going on the record with first hand information about the presence of aliens in our midst over the last 100-plus years, we need to come together. In the words of the great American President Thomas Whitmore when he was dealing with a true alien crisis, "We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests." So there's no place at a moment like this for fractious rivalries, or claiming one group of us is morally superior to any other the way we always have.
That said, let's hear it for my group!
Sure, the Catholic church has had its flaws. It's been a big, slow moving target for centuries. And others have had it on Missile Lock since long before they had missiles. But according to famed whistleblower David Grusch, the Vatican kept a UFO from falling into Fascist hands during World War II, and gave it over to the good ol' US of A, as the Good Lord intended:

Grusch said the first recovery of a UFO was in Magenta, Italy in 1933 and it was held by Mussolini's Italian government until 1944-1945 when Pope Pius XII tipped America off about it. …
'1933 was the first recovery in Europe, in Magenta, Italy,' he told News Nation.
'They recovered a partially intact vehicle, and the Italian government moved it to a secure airbase in Italy until around 1944-1945.
'The Pope back-channelled that, and told the Americans what the Italians had and we ended up scooping it.'
Grusch was then asked to clarify whether the Catholic Church was aware of 'non-human' existence on earth and he replied: 'Certainly'.
And on why his claims should be believed, he said: 'I have the credentials, and I was an intelligence officer.'
He added that UFO sightings in Italy during Mussolini's dictatorship are widely known.
First of all, let's hear it for the Vatican!
Second, Grusch is absolutely right when he says UFOs were common knowledge throughout Europe during the war. I've said this before and it bears repeating: The term "Foo Fighters" was coined not by Dave Grohl, but by bomber crews flying missions over the continent. It referred to the silent, glowing orbs that tracked them during their runs, which they thought were some new, secret, Nazi superweapon. After the fall of the Third Reich, Luftwaffe officers revealed they saw them as well and thought they'd been developed by the Allies. So their existence is straight up confirmed historic fact.
Third, let's get back to the Vatican. Specifically, Pope Pius XII. Possibly no figure has ever been done dirtier than him. Mention his name, and the automatic response is that at best he sat on his hands the whole time, and at worst he was a Nazi sympathizer who was perfectly fine with the whole Holocaust thing. Nothing could be further from the truth.
If he did remain silent, it's because any time he mentioned the deportation of Jews from occupied territories, the Nazis would round civilians up by the thousands and murder them in retribution. Threaten to shutter every church and level it to the ground. So Pius chose his public words carefully, kept his churches open, used them as a spy network to pass information to the allies, and to smuggle refugees to safety. And above all else, open a channel of communication to Hitler's enemies within his own government who were trying to take him out. You know Claus von Stauffenberg, the Nazi Colonel Tom Cruise played in Valkyrie, about the attempted assassination of Hitler? He was a devout Catholic who worked indirectly with the Vatican to pull off the coup attempt. With Pius' blessing. For more on the Vatican's plot to undermine Nazi Germany, blow that paperhanging son of a bitch straight to hell, and end the war, I recommend the book Church of Spies: The Pope's Secret War Against Hitler by Mark Riebling. And the movie The Scarlet and the Black, starring Gregory Peck as Monsignor Hugh O'Flannery, who smuggled prisoners out of Rome right under the Nazi's noses.
But I digress. The takeaway here is that while I thought Pius XII was a criminally misunderstood figure, I had no idea he was this big a hero. He did nothing less but keep impossibly advance extraterrestrial technology out of the hands of the worst people that have ever lived, and gave it to the good guys. That's a victory for all of us, regardless of your religious faith. (But mostly for mine. And Lord knows, we could use a W.)
Now, since it's been 90 years, maybe we can finally figure out how to build a fleet of these things for ourselves? Seems like plenty of time.
