Hell Hath No Fury Like Parents Who Got Screwed Over Seats At Graduation

It's Graduation season baby!!!! Get out the bingo cards because over these two months you are guaranteed to see certain things. The kid who thinks he's clever and "griddy's" after getting his diploma (much like years ago when they did the dab or the tebow), some great clips of commencement speakers, a few moments that will make you cry and without a shadow of a doubt ... an institution screwing up seating at graduation.

It's a lock. People have been graduating for centuries and yet still here we are in the year 2023 and we're on the edge of a riot at certain places. What is it about these schools that they think they can take thousands in tuition, not take your transfer credits, charge for "processing fees", and mark up textbooks 300% and then think they can just botch graduation seating? It's not exclusive to colleges, high schools , middle schools, it feels like in May and June we are always about 2 seconds from a dean or a principal getting knocked out by Mrs.Smith from the PTA because Susie's Gram-Gram and Aunt Ida didn't get a seat at the ceremony.

I've heard it all ... Lotteries, first come first serve, two tickets per family etc.... somehow nothing is ever perfect. What they really need to do it book places that have MASSIVE amounts of seats. Don't book venues with 1200 seats and give out 1150 tickets, you are only setting yourself up to fail. Book a massive venue and then do what this country was based on... first come first serve. You want a close seat on the aisle for pictures ? Get there at 6am... in the heat ... then we'll see who really wants it. I also this this method could have solved the Taylor Swift ticket debacle but that's just me.
