Taylor Lewan and Will Compton Reveal What They Purchased With Their First NFL Paychecks

On today's Pardon My Take... THE BOYS! Taylor Lewan and Will Compton of the "Bussin' With The Boys" podcast joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter in-studio to discuss their NFL Draft experiences (which were very different), their playing careers, college football, and much more.

Part of what makes it awesome to reach the level of being an NFL player includes the big paychecks that you receive. All of that hard work trying to get to the top of the top paid off for both of these guys, and they opened up about what each of their first purchases from an NFL paycheck were on today's PMT. Here are their answers:

Taylor Lewan: A Vans backpack with a bunch of quail on it that was on sale for $1,299

Will Compton: Hyundai Sonata

I could listen to every player in the NFL list their first purchase from their first football paycheck. I'm sure the answers vary at a very wide range, but would love to hear the differences there. As Lewan mentioned during the interview as well, there was a moment where he kept refreshing his bank account to see when the money would officially hit. And then one day… BOOM! Millions and millions of dollars. Very cool.
