Jeff Teague's Hilarious Story About Jimmy Butler's Infamous Timberwolves Practice Makes Jimmy An Even More Terrifying Enemy

Full story:

I would say I could listen to this story forever because it's hilarious coming from a player perspective, but it's the second round of the NBA. Jimmy Butler is the enemy. Fuck the Heat. Fuck Jimmy Butler. That's the entire mantra during this series. Yeah, Jimmy Butler was the darling against the Bucks. Yes, Jimmy Butler is hilarious. But not anymore. Not during this series.

But all I can think about is how terrifying Jimmy is playing against Thibs and the Garden. While you can argue Jimmy is the most universally liked big name in the NBA, he's also great at playing a villain. He will piss off the Garden because he just doesn't stop. I mean he's always going, always trying to make a play, he's just always ... there. I say that as a compliment. I don't want a pissed off, motivated Jimmy Butler but I know we're going to get one because he'll hear fans at the Garden, see Thibs and go to Minnesota mode.

Shit, I wouldn't be surprised to see him play a game with his nipples out like this story says. Great move though. Cut everything Minnesota off your jersey is a better move than beating the shit out of the starters with the G League team. I do laugh at Jeff Teague not realizing what Jimmy was doing halfway through too.

If the Knicks didn't have Thibs and Rose standing there I would feel a little better. Not that Rose is playing or Thibs hasn't been good. But this is strictly a motivation thing for Jimmy Butler. The man thrives, no, he lives on any sort of motivation he can find. He fucks around with the media and everyone else because he thinks it's hilarious. He also has this:

Fuck the Heat.
