Guerschon Yabusele Body Slammed Donte Exum In What Was An Absolutely Wild Basketball Fight In The EuroLeague

Holy shit! I'll be honest, I don't know too much about either of these teams and if there's some sort of previous beef between the two and this was the final straw or something. But what I do know is, that is the exact opposite of what we see in the NBA. You know, the

"HOOLLLLDDDD MEEEEE BACCCCKKKK"

charade that all NBA players do who want to make it seem like they are about that life when in reality they are very much not about that life. That is absolutely not what we have in those clips. You could make the case that maybe there was a little bit of an overreaction on that initial bump/reach. A clear foul no doubt, but once they went chest to chest, it was on like Donkey Kong.

And how about my guy Yabu? That was a crazy body slam. I can't ever remember seeing something like that. That could have been pretty bad given he then landed directly on him and Yabu isn't exactly lightweight. I can't imagine he doesn't get hit with some sort of massive suspension for that. Pretty sure you're not allowed to give guys a suplex, but maybe I'm wrong there. EuroLeague may be different.

While we're at it, let's relive the best of Yabu because man, what a time to be alive

If you're curious about the details surrounding this fight, here ya go

With under two minutes remaining, Sergio Llull violently fouled Kevin Punter. Wanting to defend himself, Punter squared off against Llull. The conflict caused a huge fight.

In the process, Guerschon Yabusele bodyslammed Dante Exum, Lessort pushed Dzanan Musa to the ground.

Almost every single player from both teams was involved in the fight.

A minute after the scuffle, Yabusele sprinted off the court.

At the time of the fight, Partizan were leading 95-80. The game was finished due to the sheer amount of players involved in the fight. The game will be resulted as it was during the moment of the fight.

As referees pointed out during their discussion while reviewing the episode, they'd have ejected almost the entire squads - both players and staff members - of both teams. It was ultimately decided to call the game.

Alright, that's kind of weak. Fighting someone just because you're getting your ass kicked is pretty pathetic. Maybe spend less time trying to fight and more time trying to play defense? Just an idea.

It's also pretty impressive this didn't evolve into some sort of Malice At The Palace situation, especially with Yabu. Maybe everyone was just in shock, because that's certainly not a basketball fight you see everyday.
