In The Immediate Aftermath Of His Snow Plow Accident Jeremy Renner Says He Could See His Eye With His Other Eye Because It Was So Out Of Its Socket

The Jeremy Renner snowplow saga has captivated my brain from the moment it went down. I kinda got the feeling the craziness of his story got swept under the run because it happened at the exact same time as the Damar Hamlin incident. Both crazy, scary situations, but one involved an NFL player nearly dying so that got the media's full attention obviously. Still, it's amazing that both are doing pretty well for themselves all things considered.

Confession: Despite loving Renner and this whole story I did clown on this trailer Disney+ released to hype up their interview. It's the most over dramatized piece of media these eyes have ever seen. Just look at the title "A STORY OF TERROR, SURVIVAL, AND TRIUMPH." Disney didn't wait a second to capitalize on this and profit.

Little ridiculous, no? That being said, seeing Renner able to walk on set like he did for Kimmel and laugh about it all is something. Hearing that this dude had his eye pop out of its socket to the point he could see his other eye is nuts. Let me say that again, HE COULD SEE HIS OTHER EYE.

His list of injuries were insane

Eight ribs broken in 14 places. Right knee, right ankle broken, left leg tibia broken, left ankle broken, right clavicle broken, right shoulder broken. Face, eye socket, jaw, mandible broken. Lung collapsed. Pierced from the rib bone, your liver

30+ broken bones in all, but man...that visual staying with you forever of actually seeing your other eye. Nope. Absolutely fucking not.

Good on him for making it back this quickly. Even making his way to the red carpet last night with his family.

The Kimmel interview last night was fun and probably should have been the first one he did, not the one with Diane Sawyer. The Paul Rudd fake cameo that was sent to Renner was fantastic.

Gotta imagine Renner is still in a massive amount of pain while doing this press tour for Rennervations. The drugs he's on must be GOOD. At least he's still whole and has working eyes again. No more snow plows please.
