We Need To Stop Science As A Whole After Scientists Now Say Sleeping Over 9 Hours A Night Could Cause A Stroke

I would link some shit in here but I am done having scientists say shit that changes every year. All you hear your life is to make sure you get your eight hours so you're ready to attack the day. I think it's all a ruse and while we're sleeping the day away the rich are out getting more rich and powerful. 

I am just done with scientists telling me what is good or bad. Growing up you're told cracking your fingers was always really bad and will lead to arthritis. All of a sudden you now are telling me that it creates air in your bones and is encouraged. If you have a take on some things just stay consistent. I don't even care if it is going to benefit me or not, stop flip-flopping. Now when I sleep in on a Saturday I'm going to scare myself into thinking I'm having a stroke.

There are so many things that were told to me when I was younger that I still just believe. I was thinking about hibernation and just today I found out that they don't sleep the whole time in hibernation. I thought they were sleeping for 6 months and now I am just upset so everyone keep their thoughts to themselves.
