Comedians Can't Take a Joke: Ashton Kutcher Says He Had to Burn Tapes on Punk'd

With six-figure episode budgets, picking a comedian with no sense of humor is a costly mistake.

Ashton Kutcher stopped by Chicks in the Office today to talk his Punk'd days, confirm he does in fact shower, and let us know he was nervous to text Reese Witherspoon.

When asked about his time on the well-known hidden camera show, Ashton (whose real first name is Chris) said, "There are a couple people for whom I burned the tape. You know who had the least sense of humor about it? Comedians. They like to be in on the joke. They don't like to be the joke. So after a while we just stopped doing comedians." 

He also addressed the negative reactions he got to his "awkward" red carpet photos with Reese Witherspoon for their new romcom:

Ashton told us what the world already knew, "She's a bad bitch." 

He said, "If I put my arm around her, and was all friendly, the rumor would be I'm having an affair with her. If I stand next to her and put my hands in my pockets, so there's no chance that could be the rumor, the rumor is we don't like each other. My wife called me and she's like, 'You guys gotta act like you like each other.'"
