Smart People Are Calling This The Biggest Swing In October History And They're Not Wrong

I'm trying to measure my words here because I know there's a lot of passionate/bad takes out there. But mathematically and historically speaking, Yordan Alvarez really did hit the biggest home run in postseason history. Even though it's game 1. Even though it's ALDS and there's an additional 2 rounds to win the World Series. Facts are facts and they say that's the first time anyone has ever hit a walk off down multiple runs in MLB playoffs.

What?

I double checked and it's legit:

Alvarez only guy to hit a walk off down by more than 1-run in MLB history.

We recap the Dodgers/Padres first two games and preview the next trip to San Diego. Worth a circle back blog for each series matchup. For now I want to just stay focused on the Astros Mariners.

It's going to be so hard for any team to bounce back under these circumstances.

But if one team was going to do it, it would be the Mariners. They're dogs. Grinders. Waited their whole lives to get here and now it's time.

We break the full series down today:
