Week Five CFB Parlay: Dogs Are Barking!

I cannot believe it’s already week five in CFB. Last week all three dogs covered, shoutout to my alma mater for the +390 in Norman. And not shoutout to Rico mushing Wazzu moneyline. This week is particularly tough but I’ve found some road dogs playing some teams that appear to be overvalued.

Kentucky +6.5

Running back Chris Rodriguez is back in the mix, but in true KIV fashion it’s not the offense backing this play. We all know Ole Miss can run the ball, but the Wildcats defense has only allowed three rushing TD’s all season. Winning on the road is never easy but they already got it done for us in the Swamp two weeks ago so willing to back them on the money line again here +200

Wake Forest + 7

I kept this team off the parlay last weekend and they almost got the win in overtime versus Clemson. Normally after such a hard fought game I wouldn’t consider backing a team, but this line stinks. I’m getting a touchdown, with the better QB, Coach and the better offense in a shootout scenario. Mike Norvell as a favorite….You know what to do, take that +205

Purdue +12

Minnesota off a monster game over Michigan State. Purdue struggled against FAU. So why do I want to back the Boilermakers here? Maybe it’s because the Gophers haven’t played anyone.  While I like PJ Fleck this line is way too high.

Jeff Brohm 20-6 ATS as an underdog of a field goal or higher. All four Purdue games have been decided by four points or less. I look for them to keep it close and think it’s worth a little somethin’ +360!
