Edwin Encarnacion Celebrated Albert Pujols' 700th Home Run By Standing On Top Of A Truck While Drinking A Beer And Holding A Framed Pujols Jersey In A Makeshift Parade

Now this is how you celebrate one of your buddies reaching a huge milestone! 700 homers in the Bigs calls for a celebration and man did Edwin Encarnacion deliver with a bunch of friends from the Dominican Republic.

Here in the States you may get a pause in the game, a standing O from the crowd, and if you're lucky a video tribute on the jumbotron. However in the DR, you have impromptu parades being thrown with drinks, all sorts of motorbikes, and the closest framed memorabilia you can find. I always thought the parrot celebration was Edwin's best, but somehow this is better. I have a feeling he just yanked that jersey off his wall, put it under his arm, grabbed a brew and hopped on top of a buddies truck. That my friends is how you start your own parade for a buddy.

Think Pujols is beloved back home? Can't wait to see what Edwin & Co. has in store for The Machine when he gets back.
