I guess the Nebraska athletic department just pulled Urban Meyer right off the set of Big Noon Kickoff and into an office this afternoon to see what's up. He had just gotten done talking up the job, after all.

I've been in this exact position before. Your program is in dire straits and you're willing to do literally anything to get back to winning. If you have to hire Urban Meyer, so be it. Whatever it takes.

I would absolutely love to see Meyer get back into college football, though. He could get Nebraska back to where it expects to be or go down in yet another conflagration of his own doing, but it would be wildly entertaining either way. Let's make it happen.
