The Truth Behind Why Were Told As Kids To Never Touch Escalator Handrails

Son of a bitch these handrails are always so tempting to touch because you never in your life have seen a moving handrail. It is like when you see a wet paint sign you really want to see if that sign is lying and you touch the wet paint. On an escalator there isn't much else to do besides hold these suckers and I never know where to look when I am on one. Ill pretend to look on my phone because I just feel awkward. Everyone knows about how dirty these are i'm upset I have seen it because it is ruined for me now but lets talk about the real issue here. How do we see as a escalators and just choose to still build stairs. Does anyone have an escalator in their house like I just don't get why there aren't moving stairs everywhere because it gives you the option of being lazy or you can walk up them. Everyone wants the option to be lazy. I was thinking about what else would be disgusting if you took a wet towel to it like this and it would have to be a subway pole is a given but the most disgusting thing has to be a gas pump handle. A shopping cart has to put somebody into a hospital if I saw what that looked like. Nobody is washing that and we are a disgusting world when you really think about it thats why i don't think about it and pretend none of this stuff exists.
