Sounds Like The Bulls Core Will Remain Intact For Now. Zach Lavine Plans On Signing Max Deal With The Bulls

There have been a ton of rumors swirling around the Bulls in the last couple of weeks. Linked to this guy or that trade. Vuc, Lonzo, the 18th pick, Coby White, etc all rumored to be available and maybe they are, but the draft came and went and the roster remains the same as it did last season. Now one of, if not the most important piece of the puzzle going forward is supposed to sign a max deal to remain in Chicago. All roads really lead back to Lavine in terms of building a core here because as much as I like Vuc and Demar they are 31 and 32 years old respectively. Lavine is in his prime at 27. He is going to be the lynchpin of this team going forward and hopefully Patrick Williams can grow into a legitimate #2 option.

It's hard not to like the Bulls roster

Lonzo

Lavine

DeRozan

Williams

Vuc

with Caruso, Ayo, Coby White, and our new guy Dalen Terry off the bench...that's pretty good. Might need some tweaking, but with Lavine in the mix and some assumed development from Patrick Williams this team has a good foundation.

Here is our new guy dunking a lot
