Tom Brady Announces His “Next” Move

Fox Sports has announced that the newest member of #Team Hank, Tom Brady will join them as their NFL Lead Analyst following his playing career.

In Brady's latest tweet, right after siding with Hank, he said he's excited, but has a lot of unfinished business with the Buccaneers.

It is a long-term agreement with FOX and he will call their biggest games, typically known as “America’s Game of the Week” with Kevin Burkhardt. What is wild, is that Brady may actually make more money as a Lead Analyst calling games than he does actually dominating those games.

Per Spotrac, Brady's annual salary this year is $15 million dollars.

Based on the contracts just given to Tony Romo ($17.5M APY) and Troy Aikman ($18M APY), it's logical to think that Brady, the biggest superstar in the sport would make more than those more established guys based on when he's signing his deal. It wouldn't be crazy to think he signed a 5-year $100M deal, which would be $20M per year and represent a 33% raise from his current gig as Buccaneers Quarterback.

Will he be good at the job? That's certainly a fair question, but based on his track record, it's a same assumption he'll be good at whatever he does next. Congratulations to TB12 on the new gig.
