Tonight's EBR Winner: Our Daily Bet In The NHL playoffs.

The NHL playoffs are in full swing with upsets, goal controversies and a ton of overs including a run of 8 in a row after Mr. Ice took one when he was with Pres and Big Cat in Vegas!  I blame them for pressuring Mr. Ice and now that he is home I'm hammering the next one he gives out from Tony's Place.

Every series is still up for grabs except Colorado and the next few days will make the Spittin' Chiclets crew look terrible or like absolute heroes.

GAME OF THE NIGHT - Florida Panthers vs. Washington Capitals (Game 4; Series Caps 2-1)

Murls Breakdown: 

The Panthers won the Presidents trophy for the most points in the regular season, scored the most goals in recent history, and dominated the league… This means less than a thank you note from a proctologist.  

The Caps are showing veterans who have been there before and understand the difference between regular season and playoff hockey.   With that being said this is a must win for the Panthers, the big boys have to show up tonight…. Yes that means Barkov, Huberdeau, Giroux and Ekblad have to show why they led the most dominant team. 

The Cats get it done tonight on the back of a few PP goals and not taking so many chances in their own D zone. The Capitals were actually pretty bad at home this season and this game just feels like the Panthers will play with urgency needed in the playoffs. Sorry Nate and PFT but we saw 4 teams make it 2-2 last night and we get at least one more series there tonight.

Side Note: Laviolette is the coach of the Capitals and here is a personal reason I hope that they lose tonight.
