You Have to See This Rundown Attempt by the Washington Nationals to Believe It

There is no way to describe this other than art. It's so comically awful that it's beautiful.

Sure spring training was a bit rushed, but the Nats coaches probably should have spent at least 30 minutes or so with the catchers to remind them you can't just stand in the middle of the baseline without the ball. You can be literally anywhere else on the field.

I know the sixth game of a 162-game season is early to make any sort of grand proclamation, but I don't think it's going out on too long of a limb to say it's going to be a long year for Nationals fans. Obviously they had Max Scherzer and Trea Turner at the time, but this team somehow won the World Series three years ago. Wild.
