We All Need To Stop Getting Mad And Pretending To Care When A School Like Texas Storms The Court After Beating Kansas

I've seen A LOT of debate over the last 12 hours or so. All because Texas stormed the court after beating Kansas. I don't care that they were 1.5 point underdogs. We're talking about Texas basketball - a program most notably known for underachieving. Maybe having guys like Kevin Durant or TJ Ford. But they sure as shit aren't known for winning a lot of basketball games.

There are certain schools that shouldn't storm the court. Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, UNC and even like Indiana/UCLA. Those are the only rules. Other than that? Who gives a shit? We're talking about college kids. College kids are dumb. We were dumb as college kids. If they want to storm the court, go ahead. You're in college for 4 years, do whatever the hell you want because life changes after that. It's why I preach not being afraid to skip class, go to games, go to away games, do shit that you feel like doing. It's 4 years to figure shit out.

Again, it's simple. If you have any sort of basketball history, don't storm the court. It's why we make fun of Indiana for having like 4 court storms this decade. Gotta calm down with that. Texas? Fuck it. Storm every game you win. Chris Beard is trying to build something. Plus, not to mention, last night's game was AWESOME. Legit one of the most entertaining games we've had this year. It was physical as shit. The refs actually stayed consistent which is a huge step. You had big plays by both sides and Texas getting a signature win.

I said it last night but this year's Tournament is going to be awesome. All I've thought about for 15 hours. We were robbed of a wide open 2020 Tournament. This has that sort of feel. Not as crazy as 2014, but we're going to see upsets. Looking at projected 5/6 seeds, yeah, we're going to get a couple 11/12 seeds in the Sweet 16. Just feel it happening.
