It Is An Absolute Shame That This Waffle House Waitress Pulled A Gun On Someone For Simply Ordering Some Cheesy Eggs

NY Post- No cheese for you at this Waffle House!

A customer at a Waffle House in downtown Atlanta claims a waitress pulled a gun on him after he asked for cheesy eggs Wednesday morning.

A man named Candy Franklin found himself staring down the barrel of a loaded gun after pointing out his eggs weren’t what he ordered.

“It all happened over cheese eggs,” Franklin told the local Fox station. “At first, they didn’t bring them to me. Then they brought me normal eggs and I said that I ordered eggs with cheese on it. It was all a normal dispute over food. I never in a million years thought it would come to gun violence,” Franklin said.

“I was looking down at my food making sure it was right and that’s when I just saw people running. I look up and she had the gun at me. I didn’t think she would shoot then she cocked it back. So, I was like maybe she is about to do something. Now, it’s time for me to turn into Rambo and get out of there,” Franklin said.

Oh my word! Do not ask for eggs with cheese on 'em at this Waffle House. I repeat DO NOT ask for eggs with cheese on 'em at this waffle house....Because it turns out if you do your waitress will pull a gun on you in a matter of seconds. Now I know there's always these viral stories about disputes happening at restaurants over food orders, but to pull a gun out over cheesy eggs? I mean C'MON! When you're at a waffle house cheesy eggs should almost be a given. You should have to go out of your way to order eggs without cheese instead of eggs with cheese.

They're simply an American staple and there's no greater American staple for breakfast than Waffle House. This really does make me sad because aside from their shockingly small booths at every location I've ever been, Waffle House's main goal is happiness 24/7/365 so it breaks my heart that Mr. Corey Franklin damn near got shot over an order of cheesy eggs. Not to mention. this has, rightfully so, ruined his waffle house experience for the rest of his life.

A representative from Waffle House told the TV station they have received a customer complaint and have launched an investigation.

But Franklin is done.

“No more Waffle House for me. At all,” Franklin said.

Some other breakfast spot better offer Mr. Franklin free cheesy eggs for life after this. If you're IHOP or Denny's you gotta hop on that ASAP.
