The Foo Fighters Burned MSG To The Fuckin Ground Last Night And Brought Dave Chappelle Out To Sing "Creep"

Following twitter last night during the 76ers implosion I couldn't help but notice that Robbie, Nate, Chuck, and Feitelberg all went to see The Foo Fighters at Madison Square Garden. (sick invite fellas).

The group decided to dedicate it to Andy Pollard, their late stage manager of 12 years, who sadly passed away two days ago.

It was the first full capacity show in New York since March 2020. So pretty big deal.

And as if there was ever a doubt, Grohl and company pulled out all the stops it seemed by all accounts.

They banged out Queen's "Somebody to Love" with Dave and Taylor Hawkins swapping the drums and mic.

And of course the biggest news of the night. Dave mother fuckin Chapelle.

Dave brought Dave out to sing "Creep" by Radiohead to make good on a promise from a long time ago.

You can only imagine how unreal it turned out. Luckily there's pretty good video because 2021.

Unreal. Only complaint I have is how did Grohl not throw the guitar stabs in right before the hook? That’s the best part of the song.

Serious question, how the hell did we live without stuff like this for almost year and a half?

They wound the show down with some of the much anticipated Bee Gee's covers they just announced last week. There's a full album on the way (more on this later today in another blog).
