The Falcons Response To Julio Jones Saying He Wants Out Of Atlanta Is A Perfect Example Of Doing Anything For Content

This is why I'll never quit Twitter. That's a promise. This is better than any team that just tweets out 'final' when they get their ass kicked. You have an all-time receiver getting caught on TV saying he wants out of Atlanta. What do you do? No, you don't spinzone it. You write an article on your team site, tweet out the link and bring in all the pageviews.

I have no idea why they went this route besides knowing Julio is gone. Still, be a little petty for me one time. Call out malpractice of big J journalism. Call out Shannon Sharpe for not telling Julio he was on TV. You gotta do anything besides take the high road here. Even in the article they didn't take a shot. Makes sense why they haven't ever won a Super Bowl now. Gott have killer instinct for me one time.

You know what, I'm lumping in the Hawks and Falcons now. Thanks to Trae Young and my beloved Knicks, I'm forced to hate the entire city of Atlanta. I want nothing but bad things to happen to the Falcons now. I hope they get next to nothing for Julio Jones (unless he goes to the Cowboys). The Falcons truly are a gift though. It's almost too easy to make fun of them and this is just another example of them giving free jokes to the Internet. Jones basically gave two double birds to the Falcons on TV and they responded with a tweet recapping it.

All about pageviews, baby.
