It completely popped. That's what he gets for trying to bench seven-hundred pounds on a Tuesday. I've never understood why people feel the need to get that strong. Being in shape I understand, vanity muscles I get, but pure mass is something I can't wrap  head around. There's no point to it. It's not like he's playing a sport, he's sitting on his couch. Oh well. If you really wanna throw up you can google images "ripped pec" but I don't recommend it. I also don't recommend watching the weight lifting injury compilation video I attached below, but if you do watch the whole thing- there are some wild injuries. Anyway, just thought I'd share something gross on a Friday.
