Krispy Kreme Is Offering Free Doughnuts To Anyone Who Shows Their Vaccination Card Through 2021

Lets get this out of the way - Krispy Kreme is fucking delicious. Doughnuts melt in your mouth. They're so good, everyone can eat roughly 4,000 of them without batting an eye. Knowing this could be a great motivator, Krispy Kreme decided to offer free doughnuts to anyone who comes in and presents their vaccination card throughout the remainder of 2021.

Starting March 22, customers who have received at least one of the two shots of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, or Johnson & Johnson's single-dose shot, are eligible for a free doughnut at stores nationwide. All you need to do is show a valid COVID vaccination card.

Even sweeter? It's not a one-time offer. The deal lasts through the remainder of 2021. So yes, you can get a free doughnut every day for the rest of the year. The offer is only valid in-person in a shop or drive-thru. It's not available for online orders or delivery.

Seems great! love it! I love free stuff! Oh, wait, oh no.

Now, I'm no scientist, but when I see "Obesity" trending, and its because Krispy Kreme's free doughnuts situation is now becoming a larger conversation about the obesity problem in America, I've got to consider that mayyybeeeee we don't need free doughnuts? It's hard to come to that conclusion, considering I am physically wiping drool from my mouth at the thought of them, but maybe we hold off on it. Or…is Krispy Kreme the smartest of all? They know obese people love their shit, and they seem to need this vaccine the most. Maybe they just want to be sure that their most valued customers continue to live long, doughnut loving lives? Who knows. All I know, is I'm probably going to get vaccinated now. Consider me influenced.
