A Man In The Bronx Pulled Off The Perfect Crime By Taking $200,000 Right From A Brinks Truck Guard's Hands

NY Post- A thief snatched $200,000 from a Brink’s worker who was unloading the cash from his armored truck in the Bronx this week, police said. The private security company worker was removing the sack of money from his truck at East 167th Street and Gerard Avenue in Concourse around 2 p.m. Wednesday, and heading to the nearby Spring Bank, when the crook pushed him and grabbed the bag, authorities said.

For the first time in history, I am moving Danny Ocean from the top spot in my Thief Power Rankings and throwing this criminal mastermind in his place. Millions of people have dreamt of escaping their poor person lives by robbing a Brinks truck at their local mall, but not many people have actually done it and even fewer have done it flawlessly like this guy. No true threat of danger to the innocent Brinks truck worker, no weapon that could bump up a prison sentence if caught, no attempt to carjack a truck laced with GPS equipment, and no leads on what the perp looks like. Just a couple of sacks of cash straight out of a cartoon in a robber that could only get more textbook if those bags of money had huge dollar signs on the front. Even the casual jogging in broad daylight is a huge flex. No need to break a sweat when you gave the guard the Clowney treatment.

So hats off to this anonymous thief for getting 200 grand with a plan that wouldn't give him more than 2 GTA Wanted Stars.
