What Is The Most Elite Cookie?

In honor of Christmas, Santa Claus, and reviewing (subscribe now to LCB) this weird fucked "Mel Gibson as Santa" movie...

The movie sort of sucked ass, but it inspired us to draft our favorite cookies.

I am partial to my list, who doesn't love Hershey Kiss/Peanut Butter Blossom cookies!?

But Trillballins got a sneak nostalgic 1990s classic in the SnackWells Devil's Food cookie...

Two things made these cookies great:

1) the ingredients were, obviously delicious…

2) The packaging had a key note on the front: FAT FREE

Back in the 1990s, seeing "FAT FREE" essentially meant these cookies were healthy. Pre-packaged food was the Wild West back then. Granted I was born in 1991, but I remember seeing "FAT FREE" as a kid and stunned that my mom refused to buy me a product. The shit was healthy, why not give it a try!?

Are they high-end? No, not at all, but this is a classic example of "if you know, you know." SnackWell's Devil's Food cookies are quietly elite, at least in terms of grocery aisle treats.
