Vegans Are 43% More Likely To Break Their Bones Than Meat Eaters

Ha, suck it! Nerds! Yeah, I've never seen an overweight vegan in my life, but at least we, the meat-eating MEN of the world, aren't breaking our bones! Well, we are, but we are less likely. That's a victory for us. We are up on the scoreboard and we get to eat hamburgers.

SOURCE-Vegan diets more than double the risk of a broken hip, warns new research.

A study of more than 50,000 British people tracked over two decades found giving up animal flesh weakens bones - and can trigger osteoporosis.

Compared with people who ate meat and fish, scientists found that those with lower calcium and protein intake were especially prone to hip, leg and spine fractures.

Vegans were also 43 per cent more likely to suffer a fracture anywhere. In particular this applied to the leg, vertebrae and collarbone.

This confirms my theory that you should never give a vegan a max contract. It's also why I'm not bullish on Justin Fields as an NFL QB. He has the skills, but can he stay on the field?

Look at Kyrie Irving! When he's on the court he is phenomenal, but he's always getting injured. He's also one of those vegans that makes everyone else around him a vegan. Makes sense why the Nets bubble team was so injured.

Here are some other vegan athletes that you should FADE long term due to their vegan diets:

Deandre Jordan

JaVale McGee

Pat Neshek

Chris Paul (became Vegan after watching Netflix documentary, so that makes him 86% more likely to break a bone)

Cam Newton (so many injuries)

Nick Kyrgios (probably will be fine, Tennis isn't a contact sport)

Nate Diaz

Just something to keep an eye on.
