Google Searches for 'Liquor Store Near Me' Hit an All-Time High Tuesday
Folks, if you found yourself Googling where the nearest vendors for french fries and alcohol were on Tuesday night, you were certainly not alone. For some reason, people were looking for these treats more so than ever before last night.
The liquor store I understand, particularly if you save your occasional drinking nights for one such as this. But how do so many people not know where to get fries? I am blessed living in New York City that I can access any type of french fries at virtually any hour, but I feel like the average American consumes enough fries to know the best local spots without having to turn to Google. Hell, I could not only give you the best fries in Manhattan, but Atlanta, Nashville and Knoxville right now, too. You gotta know your fry spots.
Also, was nobody ever looking for alcohol or french fries prior to 2010? To have this chart tell it, the first ever search for a liquor store came somewhere in the 2013 range. But damn if everybody wasn't looking for them last night.
I just hope everybody found the french fries and alcohol they were looking for.
