Training With Ironman Chris Nikic Part 2

Here is yesterday's blog and part 1 in case you missed it.

Again, this all started with this blog I wrote about Chris months ago.

A stoolie saw him at a gym, approached his father, and next thing you know I get the honor of meeting him and his team last week along with my pal Mojo Rawley from WWE.

Part 2 of the video shows what a "light day" of training for Chris is like.

He took us on a 20 mile bike ride, a 3.5 mile run, and then he swam and did drills in the pool for like 2 hours. His trainer Dan Grieb said that he would have to hit the gym and treadmill after we left for another 3-4 hours because the workout wasn't heavy enough two weeks out from Ironman…

As you will see, Chris is a beast. He left Mojo and I in the dust. And he wasn't even winded.

Can't wait to watch him crush the Ironman Triathlon November 7th and set the Guinness Record becoming the first person with special needs to finish the race.

PART 3 COMING TOMORROW

Here is the part 1 video

Chris is on a mission to help others with special needs realize their dreams and compete in The Ironman and Special Olympics. One of his favorite charities, The Ironman Foundation, is teaming up with Chris to give 100% of donations for Chris to help his cause.

You can donate by visiting Chris' website here - https://chrisnikic.com/

He's still a ways away from his goal so let's help him out if you're able to. Every little bit counts.

Follow Chris' journey on Instagram and on Facebook

And be sure to wish him good luck for his race on November 7th.
